This can be useful when the recipes have been updated on Things5 triggering an update request to the device but the device has become unresponsive. In this case the "synching" field will remain true indefinitely. By canceling the update recipes request the "synching" and "synched" field will be set to false and all the recipes on Things5 will be removed.
