Device provisioning V1

put https://api.things5.digital/v1/devices/{device_id}/regenerate_certs

Generates a device certificate for an already created device on things5. Follow Device create to create a new device.
On success returns a zip file containing the certificate files used to connect to the MQTT broker

BE CAREFUL: Using this resource will invalidate all previous device certificates
